Help, I have a question, incident or new service request...

Welcome to the new Microdea Support Centre. You now have the ability to submit and track your Microdea Support requests online anytime.

How to:

1. Visit the Microdea Support Help Centre. (https://support.microdea.com/hc/en-us)

2. Click on the Submit a new request link (verification via email required if you do not login)

At this point a Microdea Support request will be created automatically. This will allow you to track and update your requests online. Also, as a valid Microdea SUA (Standard Upgrade and Assurance) customer, you will have access to our full knowledge base.

Alternatively, you can still email support@microdea.com or call 905.881.6071 ext. 290 Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm ET.
