Welcome to the new Microdea Support Centre. You now have the ability to submit and track your Microdea Support requests online anytime.

How to:

1. Visit the Microdea Support Help Centre. (

2. Click on the Submit a new request link (verification via email required if you do not login)

At this point a Microdea Support request will be created automatically. This will allow you to track and update your requests online. Also, as a valid Microdea SUA (Standard Upgrade and Assurance) customer, you will have access to our full knowledge base.

Alternatively, you can still email or call 905.881.6071 ext. 290 Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm ET.
