STEPS

1. Open Control Panel and Select Java 32-bit or Java 64-bit

2. Select View under the Temporary Internet Files section of the Java Control Panel

3. Select Resources from the drop down menu

4. Select all resources and hit the remove button

5. After the cache is cleared launch the application again
