ERROR DETAILS

This error happens when Synergize Scan and Capture is ran without the proper scanner ISIS drivers installed. 

RESOLUTION

Stop any running synergize applications and verify if the scanner is using the correct ISIS driver or if the ISIS drive is installed.

Install the scanner ISIS driver. Reboot if required
