Log into the Synergize Portal through the web

http://Server_Name/SynergizePortal/Home

 Click Authorize under the Portlets portion

 Select the portlet that you would like to authorize access to

 Select the Groups/Users you would like to authorize click the authorize. 

 Log into portal
