User complains of not being able to open a shared indexing scenario file:
To describe the steps to take in order to unlock the designated file on the network.
The file needed to be unlocked from the server that the file is stored on
(for example: \\PMT\Shares\IT\Support|Synerigze Indexing\)
1. Log on to the PMT machine -
2. Open Computer Management -
3. Browse to the Shared Folders,
4. Open Files node and find the locked file.
5. Then right-click and chose "CLOSE OPEN FILE"
