SYMPTOMS

 The message above appears for all users trying to use QuickLinks

CAUSE

  Either the QuickLink Enabled Flag was set to false in the Application Configurator or in TruckMate Code Maintenance the image vendor was set to false 

RESOLUTION 

1. Verify that Microdea Synergize QuickLinks is set to true in the Application Configurator

  2. If set to true then navigate to Code Maintenance and under Imaging Vendor ensure it is set to Microdea
