Synergize QuickLinks generates access is denied error


Single user gets this error when trying to access QuickLinks


 User does not have appropriate access to a directory


  1. Verify if the client has read/write access to SynergizeQL folder and Java folder
  2. Also verify if the user has read/write access to 'Messages.XML' resides inside C:\Program Files (x86)\Truckmate
