Backup your Synergize database before making changes

STEPS

1. Log into your database SQL server
2. Take note of the repository name and navigate to the database with a similar name
3. From the SQL Server find the dbo.fieldsdesc table

    4. Find appropriate field and change In_FieldReq to zero
