SYMPTOMS

 In a web browser the user cannot access Synergize Web Explorer by URL but can reach the server via IP address and also ping the device.  

CAUSE 

 DNS will not resolve internal hostname resulting in user not being able to browse page.

RESOLUTION  

  Add entry to the C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\host file as seen below and save.
