PURPOSE

This article describes how to grant Workflow Processing access to a user.

Steps

1. Open workflow webpage - http://<Sever-Name>/synergize/workflow.html

2. Login with PrimaryUser credentials

3. Click File, Click Open scenario

4. Select latest scenario version and click Open.

5. Right click the workflow queue, and select Properties

6. Click Users Tab, and click Add

7. Select the desire User and click OK.

8. Repeat the same procedure on the Workflow Queues that you want users to have access to process Workflow.

9. Save the changes by clicking File, then click Save and Activate.

10. Log out from Synergize Web Explorer for the changes to take effect.
