PURPOSE:

 This article describes how to forcibly remove users from Synergize using the EMC (Enterprise Management Console)

STEPS 

1. Log into the Synergize EMC (Enterprise Management Console) and navigate to Current Connections

2. Under Current Connections locate the user you wish to disconnect in the pool and click the X to remove
