PURPOSE

This article describes how to refresh the repository cache on Synergize 13. Refreshing repository cache can be useful when adding new users to Synergize or when adding new users to the AD groups being used by Synergize.

STEPS

1. Open the Internet Information Services (IIS) manager console from Administrative Tools

2. Select Application Tools, then select SynergizeAppPool and click on Recycle... button.
