PURPOSE

This article describes how to prevent Java update prompts from occurring when accessing Synergize Web Explorer or Synergize Quicklinks

STEPS

1. Launch the Control Panel and select the Java (32 bit) icon

2. Navigate to the Security tab and select Edit Site List... 

3. Hit the Add button and type the name of your Synergize server then hit the OK button

    Note: If you receive an additional prompt then hit the Continue button
