Users are not able to print documents from Synergize Viewer application.
Printer is not configured properly in the Synergize Viewer settings.
1. Click on the Printer Setup in the Synergize Viewer print window. The Printer window will pop up.
2. Select the appropriate printer from the list (If the printer is not in the list, add the printer in the Control Panel first).
3. The printer information will be shown by selecting the right printer. Click Ok button to save the new settings.
