After launching Synergize Process Designer the application crashes when navigating to processes or becomes unresponsive.
The ApplicationLog table has become too large and failed to be cleared.
1. Log on to the server hosting Synergize EMC and obtain the name of the deployment database.
2. Go to Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and navigate to the database with the same name as the Synergize deployment. Run the SQL statement similar to below to truncate the dbo.ApplicationLog table.
TRUNCATE TABLE [DEPLOYMENT_NAME].[dbo].[ApplicationLog]
3. Launch Synergize Process Designer and attempt to navigate through the processes.
