This article describes how to enable Java console for troubleshooting. This is helpful when troubleshooting applications or features such as Synergize Quicklinks, Synergize Web Explorer or Synergize Workflow.
1. On the server or PC launch the Control Panel and select the Java (32 bit) icon.
2. Navigate to the Advanced tab and under Java console select Show console. Once completed click the OK button.
3. Run the application or applet generating the error and replicate the issue. Record the Java console entry in a text file once this occurs and have the console logs available for a Microdea technician to investigate.
