Synergize Outlook add-in cannot be enabled from Outlook Options


 After installing Synergize Desktop the Microsoft Outlook add-in does not appear and is not available from Outlook Options. 



The Visual Studio 2010 Tools prerequisite for Office Runtime was not installed on the workstation.



 1. Verify the Microsoft Outlook add-in cannot be enabled as per article below and if not proceed to step 2.

2. Install Visual Studio 2010 Tools.

3. Launch Microsoft Outlook and verify if the Save to Synergize button is visible. 

4. If not then add the integration to Outlook using the article from step 1. If still not visible perform a uninstall\re-install of Synergize Desktop.
