This article describes how to disable Java Cache on users machine

STEPS

1. Click Start, click Control Panel

2. Top Right of the window, click view by and select small icons

3. Click Java

4. Under General tab, click View

5. Select Resources

6. Select all in the list and click red button, click close

7. Click Settings button

8. Uncheck 'Keep temporary files on my computer', click Delete Files

9. Make sure first 2 options are selected and click ok

10. Click Delete Files, make sure options 1 and 2 are selected, click Ok, click ok

11. click Apply, click OK
