1. Reset the email settings under Synergize User profile
2. Launch Synergize Quicklinks/ WebExplorer to email documents
Steps to reset email preferences
1. Login to WebExplorer using user credentails
WebLink: http://<Synergize Servername>/synergize/synergize.html
2. Click Tools, click preferences (If you did not find Tools option, skip until step 10)
3. Click Email tab under preferences window
4. Set email Service Provider to Gmail and click Ok
5. Log off from WebExplorer and log backin
6. Repeat steps 2,3
7. set email Service Provider to Local Default MAPI Client and click Ok
8. Log off from WebExplorer
9. If you using Synergize Quicklinks, Open TMW applications and open quicklinks to email documents
10. If you are using WebExplorer, log backin to WebExplorer and try emailing documents
Hidden tools option in WebExplorer
1. Login to WebExplorer
2. Top right, click on icon, click Tools, click Preferences
3. Click Email tab under preferences window
4. Set email Service Provider to Gmail and click Ok
5. Log off from WebExplorer and log backin
6. Repeat steps 2,3
7. set email Service Provider to Local Default MAPI Client and click Ok
8. Log off from WebExplorer
