How To Refresh Workflow Scenario In User Profile

After updating workflow settings or for new user, User might not get the new settings. To get the new settings manually refresh the workflow settings in each user profile.


1. Log in to Synergize WebExplorer
- Username: Windows login userID
- Password: Windows Login password
- Domain: Select company name from the drop down list 

2. Click Workflow Tab

3. Click Close Scenario(Highlighted in below screenshot)

4. Select dropdown list under scenario and select the workflow scenario name 
             - HR is an example scenario

- Once the scenario is selected all the queues are listed as below
