Intro:
Whenever there are changes made in the database or if a field is added/removed on a table, the process has to be reloaded to refresh the database connections. (Almost always the case after a TMW update)
Steps:
1. Backup your SPS processes
Start by taking a back-up of all your SPS processes.
Go to C:\Program Files\Microdea\Synergize Process Server\Processes or C:\Program Files (x86)\Microdea\Synergize Process Server\Processes
Create a folder and name it as "Backup" (if you already don't have one). Copy all the processes and paste them in that folder.
2. Open Synergize Process Designer
Go to C:\Program Files\Microdea\Synergize Process Server and open Synergize Process Designer.
3. Reloading the process in Synergize Process Designer
I. Right-click on the process and click on "Process Designer"
II. Click on the "Reload" icon on the top (as shown in the below screenshot with a black box around it) and click on "Yes"
III. Click on the "Save" icon on the top (as shown in the below screenshot with a black box around it) and click on "OK"
4. Please repeat steps (I - III) for all processes.
