After launching or attempting to use Simple Scan or Scan Capture the user receives a prompt stating Kscn3032.ocx failed to register. This may also occur when performing an installation of Simple Scan.
Kofax VRS software is not installed on the PC
1. Install Kofax VRS software that was accompanied with the scanner. If not available then locate the supporting software from the Fujitsu website.
